Hey Sengorn, I appreciate it. You're a fair and reasonable person, and I always appreciate your opinions.
I'm sorry for just deleting what you wrote on the wiki without saying anything else.

Re: Players should not have a right to grief the wiki to remove themselves.
The wiki is a very public place. It's easily accessible, and it shows up in web searches. The decent thing to do when somebody doesn't want content about themselves published is to respect that wish. There's no public interest exception here, this is a minecraft server, and an individual's privacy i...

Re: Seventwoworld's pvp world
I don't see any reason why we couldn't disable lava casts in /world, especially custom-made worlds.
How would we want to do so on a technical level? Disable cobble generation entirely?

Re: Open up the nether roof?
I agree with what's already been said, but one additional thing I dislike about the nether roof is its aesthetic. A superflat world just seems out of place. Dakka ran a vote in 2019 https://simplicitypvp.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2602 where the votes came in 9-9. That's more than 2 years, an...

Re: Changing player portal functionality.
Limiting the distance traveled: Wouldn't change things noticeably for people, would just slow down long travel slightly, in that players would build portal chains instead. What would happen to existing portals over the limit? Alternative and slightly equivalent idea: Make traveling by portal have so...

Re: REword Rules, Rule 2
Yeah we could do that. Just need to write the message that appears when you run /rules. I think it would probably still make sense to have a summary of at least #2 in that message. Also wouldn't hurt to go over the wiki rules and clean them up or clarify them. Spawn has signs in all directions telli...

Re: REword Rules, Rule 2
For an easy reference, the current ingame wording is:
Hacking/cheating is not allowed. This includes: Flymod, X-ray, and any mod or abuse of glitches that confers a significant advantage. Violation will result in a permaban/jail.
What are your thoughts on it no longer specifying the punishment?

Re: REword Rules, Rule 2
Thanks for bringing this up, I think it'd be good for us to change the wording of the rules if doing so can make it clearer to new players. Some thoughts: It's 5 lines ingame using the default font, versus the 3 of the current wording. At that size, /rules will barely be able to show #2 and #3 at on...
