Make a banner on or just bellow blue header with an basic info about location and TS (Team Speak 3?).
Then after click some instruction to get to it, may be just a link on the forum, so people can be active in the topic.
Some people have no experience with using that, so they need be guiding by a hand. Screens would be helpful.
btw. this is first time I see the address to the TS3 ;)
