He might be a douche, but he done nothing that's against the rules. Saying "I hax" isn't really against the rules, actual hacking is.
I was following him for quite a while and he did nothing wrong. Banning him would be an OP abuse, imho.

Agreed, thanks for the report nonetheless, obviously no way for you to know if he's really a hacker so we appreciate all reports.
