I'm sorry, I thought all of them were docced. Therefore "those he docced" would be the same as "those he banned/jailed". This still doesn't change the fact that blodys is innocent.

I'm not giving up on her untill she is eighter realeased or Yukar is 100% sure that he never will. I really want to stay with my mates on this server, but if she just isn't allowed to play with us for no real reason at all that won't be possible.

When the level of diamonds per hour gets a bit ridiculous, they spy on you. They then see which blocks you destroyed. I assure you, blodys's case is most likely quite similar to these ones. If you want to wait for the evidence itself, fine, I don't blame you. But when an admin says she hacked, I'm more inclined to believe them.

Even though I've never seen her use any kind of hack, mod or texture pack, if she truly had tunnels like theese with her name popping up at the diamonds then I can't believe I'm saying this, but I have to agree she is indeed guilty.

There's still a few questions in my head that i would like to have answered before drawing a final conclusion though.

One more quite important thing you forgot to mention - blodys is an alt account of someone... I think Yukar should check the IP address if possible.

Honestly, there's no doubt that Lone is immature, but you've got no right to be calling him a kid when you're so clearly either younger than most people here, or just plain stupid.

Yea, I am pretty sure she was diamond digging. As far as I remember, I've used my good ol' "spawn a chest deep in smoothstone" trick to make sure.

Remember that back then, we used jail - so she had a chance to argue. Yet she didn't. This is important because I might have been wrong - everyone makes mistakes sometimes - but that's where appeals come in handy. Other OPs then get a chance of looking at the evidence and deciding to lift the ban or not.

I really regret deleting her video, I should have just uploaded it on yt, that would have saved us a lot of trouble.
