Banned and jailed

I got banned for spamming i agree that was a fair move but i was trying to prove a point.

Now i got jailed for hacking, i admitted it most people would lie and say they didn't to try to get out of it.

I was honest about it, and i told Gnat that i would take my hacks of if he would unjail me and i would never used them again.

There is a site that i looked at (not these server forums or the server site) it was a different site, I had typed : Minecraft server with hacking allowed.

And this server poped up on some random site, it gave me the ip address: 88.198.24.40 not simplicitypvp.net. If i would of known that this server did not allow hacks, i would

of simply pressed 1 button and they would of turned off. If he would of warned me not to hack i wouldn't of done it, i poled the community of simplicity pvp,

i asked how many people actually did /rules and read the rules, 3 out of the 40 that were there said they did. So i don't think its fair that i get banned and jailed for reason

i did not know of, i suggest a command that forces you to read rules before you can play, so that way people will actually read them. Now i have nothing further to say.

He means that ignorance isn't an excuse. You don't have to read the rules to know if they're enforced. And you can know that by seeing people banned for specific issues.

I was the first person to get banned for this (this i saw) and its not my fault that they website i saw lied to me, like i sayd 3 people read the rules out of 40. And also, how did i know the rules were inforced if noone told me about them?

I'm not sure what you mean by "first person to get banned for this". If you mean for your specific mod, I don't know. Xray is fairly common (and also hard to crack down on), while chest finder is a bit more rare. And most people who hack probably do either not care or went on the same site you did. It's not our fault that that site says we're hacking allowed. Our server has an odd reputation, mainly due to us allowing greifing. I've heard people being told that the server should be griefed to hell, but I haven't heard us being hacking allowed. And it is your fault you didn't read the rules (which are indeed at spawn, as gnat's picture shows), and us making an example out of both you and the others will inform the other players that we have but one rule: don't hack. And that we will enforce it.

The only way you can really find out that a rule is enforced is by breaking it. You broke it, you found out.

Regardless of 'who read the rules' it doesn't seem like that many were stupid enough in the first place to hack, because barely any servers allow hacking anyways. OP is a faggot.
