Fix for spawn being lava-ed

People have never been truly trapped in spawn, but lava does tend to make creative-noobs whine about how it's impossible to leave spawn.

So, no problem, no solution needed.
If spam will really become a trap once, we can do something about it then.

I do however feel we need to come up with a new word for creative noobs, similar to spawnrat or spawnster for small kids.

Have creative noobs be able to build anything in a creative world that is about as big as the PvP world. However, when they log off, make their buildings unprotected.
