Grinder Assholes

I think with the new addition to difficulty hard, spawning is up and my mob grinder is running quite well. But we still seem to have douche bags that are completely halting regular mob spawning by going afk for hours, sitting atop a thousand mobs. Personally i clear my grinder every 5-10 minutes, since that's all it takes to get me 30 mp. Just now i went to clear my grinder after the usual 5-10 and there were 0 mobs at the kill slot. I don't know what all has or hasn't been done to remedy this but i'm out of idea since the last thread or two about this problem. So i suppose at this point I am just trying to get these people to stop being such assholes and clear their grinders at least every half hour. It's not like you get more points/hour but holding off on killing.

Not sure if it's been suggested, maybe have a plugin where when someone is afk, in 30 minutes it checks the number of entities within a 50 block radius, and if there are more than x (300 maybe?) it kicks them.

Partially my fault. I have been trying to get into the habit of using a timer that closes MC before I longterm AFK.
