I'd been waiting for Yukar to reply. poppin_fresh's digs have expired (i.e. they are no longer in the logs), but Yukar did show me a spot that was extremely suspicious beforehand. As you said, you were digging out dirt, and that dirt happened to encase 2 diamond veins. Both entry points to this dirt "vein" (if you will) are through stone and there seems to be no reason for you to have been digging in THAT dirt, as it strayed from the rest of your "pattern". I wish I had compiled a video of this, but I'm afraid now it's too late. Also, I really didn't find any other suspicious digs from you. Yukar, however, checked much more thoroughly than I did. If it were my choice alone, I'd say there's enough doubt in this one instance to warrant an un-banning, as what I saw is consistent with the digging method he described. Thus I would recommend to Yukar, if you saw more than just these two veins, keep the ban. If it was just these two, please reconsider (once again, I emphasize that I didn't not look much further, but Yukar did, if he saw more in addition to what I saw, then I support the ban).

Just for the record, being nice, greeting people, being helpful, being a long-time member, the amount of time invested in the server, popularity, support etc., these are completely irrelevant to whether or not you x-rayed, and whether or not your appeal is accepted. All we are considering is: Did you x-ray or not?

Firstly I apologize for not getting this done in a more timely manner. Procrastination and a busy schedule has kept me from doing this, and I apologize for that. As MisterStrawman said, your logs have indeed been cleared, and so I am unable to provide the evidence I promised. You will be unbanned for now due to this, but keep in mind this was because of a lack of evidence, not evidence proving you were innocent.

Personally I still believe you did cheat, however I won't ban you based entirely on my personal subjective opinion. Have fun for now.

I sincerely appreciate your unbanning of Poppin_fresh, and all the support I've received from you all. I know this stigma will be attached to me, but I can honestly say that I did not x-ray. It's difficult to believe when it comes to the internet, but my word is the only thing I can offer for the deciding of your own judgements. Thank you all again, and a special thanks to the admins. I house no resentment toward them because they're just doing their duties, and I believe they're doing a great job on the server. I hope we can all get past this misunderstanding and enjoy us some Minecraft! :D
