Map Limit Extra

Since the main argument for a map limit is that people out far are too hard to find to make for active pvp and raiding. I'd like to propose another map limit. Cut off 0-60 Y. People underground are killing the PVP of this server. Whine whine whine bitch bitch bitch. No one will play with me WHAAAAAAAAH! There i think I've made just as good an argument as the supporters for the other map limit.

The map should have a limit in my opinion.
If there are 20 people on the server , and each of them is 100k from spawn , PvP becomes nonexistant and it basically transforms into singleplayer with latency.
