This guy in the chat said someone was hacking, and they knew because derp was on, and the hacker admitted that he was hacking.I remember there was this hacked client that had a "derp" function,

As long as they're not using the other parts of the client that are worse, I don't think it is.

But still, ban the fucker just for trying.

It really depends on the derpmod, modern versions just make them move their head a lot, which isn't exactly against the rules. Some of them however do things such as megajump/fly. I don't really see any reason to ban this particular guy though.

Well you dont need to ban him if its just the derp mod alone, but he did say "how can you tell" after someone said he was hacking, before they mentioned a derp mod. But i guess there needs to be more proof before an actual ban takes place.
