I made a 1.7 server

Since it seems like there's quite a few people itching for 1.7, I've set up a server at mc.acorn.io to screw around in and explore the new biomes / items / etc. Rules are the same as here - come have fun and kill each other, no hacks.

Yep! Let me know if there's any lag issues - I've got a beefier machine on standby that I can migrate to.

Same. And are you planning on keeping it open as an alternative if people want to play on a 1.7 map?

Yeah the current host has kindly been throttling and rebooting the machine for me as they see fit. Totally unacceptable - I'll be doing that migration tonight. And yes, planning on keeping it open for as long as people want to play on it.
