The restriction is a strict whitelist.

It is not a public server that needs to be policed. Block restrictions would make the server pointless.

I would just want to add that someone amused himself to remove all repeaters that were visible in my plot.

Apparently the restricted whitelist isn't enough if people's contraptions aren't as they left them.

A solution to this would be addid a pluging that lets you see the history of a block.
