Banned for no reason?

Hello server moderators. I would like to find out why I was banned. The only thing that i can think of that i did was (during a lag storm) i fell into a chunk error and was in the void for a considerable amount of time until i lost connection and when i tried to rejoin the minecraft window told me i was banned. my minecraft username is "knux400", no caps, no spaces, no quotation marks. Please help.
