Quite a lot has changed for me in the last few years to say the least..When I entered highschool in grade 8 I was pretty fucking awkward and weird. I had a few friends and nobody bothered me because I tried to be nice to people. I didn't really participate much in school activities, and despite having gone to the same school for 5 years I was still quite a bit of a loner. I played videogames quite a bit back then. Looking back, I played easily twice as much as I do now. I got good grades and although my teachers told me I was more mature than my peers, some of the stuff I did would make you think I was autistic. I had no life outside of school.

Fast-forward 2 years and things started to change when I entered grade 10. Things since september have changed for the better and for the worse. I've started hanging out with people outside of school more often, and I was lucky enough to be invited to a few parties. Still, for some odd reason I've been really depressed for the last six months and despite having a lot of supportive friends I still feel really lonely sometimes. Another thing I noticed was how overrated house parties are...its just a bunch of people getting shitfaced and acting like retards. I find it kinda depressing knowing which people are going to get the drunkest every time, only to forget what happened the day after. Whats the point in drinking if you don't even remember that night?

I guess what I'm trying to say is that High school sucks, and there's not much you can do about it.

I was an autistic le ebin may may xdddd spouting fagtard in sixth grade, then I turned into what I am now.

I participate in marching band a lot, and the only people I know are either my friends in marching band or friends of said friends, and those are also the only people I talk to. Good thing our marching band is 300+ strong.

My story is pretty similar to yours. Minus the depression. I know a lot of depressed people though, and I am often concerned for their health.

Life pretty much sucked ass until college. Then I went to college and it was like living at Disneyworld, except with more sex and booze.
