A weird situation came up today, and i'm not sure what to do.
coopergirl175 is my sisters old account, which she is not using anymore, so she gave it to me (that'd make five then).
However, the first and only time she joined this server, which was years ago, she used flymod (not sure if intentionally or not, doesn't really matter). So she was obviously jailed, and forgot about the server. Now today, i just thought what the hell, and tried connecting to the server. Turns out the account is no longer jailed or banned. Am i allowed to use it as an alt, or should it be banned?
DeflowVesper jailed it for now, just until we get a chance to talk to yukar.

If it was years ago the ban list was likely wiped at one time or another. It depends on how long ago it was though.

That's correct. There have been some issues with minecraft wiping people from the banlist if they've been there for a very long time. Just go ahead and use the account.
