Survival-Horror Co-op Games and Mods

Been looking for one for quite a while now. Horror/Co-Op games are the most fun for me anyways. I'll pussy out against a single player horror game, but if I have one friend playing with me it immediately becomes extra buckets of fun.

I've mostly been looking at mods for existing games. Don't you even fucking say "Cry of Fear" because that game is utter trash jesus fuck.
Underhell was a pretty cool Source Mod, however it was single player. The action part was fun, the weapons felt good, but holy fuck I can't play it anymore. You have to explore your house for a few days to uncover some secrets to your past or whatever but holy shit nigger you're not alone in that shit.
I looked at some BF2 mods, and installed Omnicide. However I had already had the experience of being chased by a server full of bots with knives. Then being able to easily outpace them and use the sick dolphin diving skills I learned to get those sick headshots. Also you could still spot enemy boats.
STALKER would be amazing as Coop, but there's no coop mods out. I heard it was because of the way AI works it would be impossible to make a cooperative gamemode, which sucks.
DayZ is shit (right now).
Rust is absolute fucking garbage holy shit.

I can't think of much else. If anyone has any suggestions fuck year and maybe ILL INVITE YOU TO PLAY WITH ME BECAUSE YOU'RE ALL GOOD PEOPLE AND IM GLAD I GET TO SPEND TIME WITH YOU. you bunch of limp dicked niggerfaggots holy shit I hate you guys so much you have no fucking idea
