Yeah, can he be banned or somehow perma-muted? I don't really understand the point of jailing a spammer, because they can still spam just as much. Also, Poeman111 seems to be his spamming buddy. I don't think he's as bad, but if he's ever reported in the future, he shouldn't get a ton of second chances. Both of these kids are clearly here to spam and mess with people.
