i really hope iquint will get unjailed because he really didnt mean to cheat i believe.

He tried it out but only cause it happened so strangely and was probably curious to explore it.
not to abuse it but just investigating it..
he never wanted to loose being able to play on this server or have an unfair advantage over others by cheating.

i think this really isnt worth a real ban and i hope more people will give him a second chance..

isnt life also about second chances when someone has the benefit of the doubt ? ( i dont know if that translated good from a dutch saying :) )

I'm going to point out that deflow has given good evidence, it should have no impact that simply because you know him and like him, he should go free/be given a second chance. This is probably why the people morlock mentioned got off with a temp ban or a warning.

Conversely shouldn't be treated *differently* than the players I listed, suddenly changing an already-established precedent just because he's disrespectful or an unpopular player.
