I just looked at this now, not a bad base at all actually. Maybe you should build some stuff like this at Aggersel.

I like the Pvp graveyard for Lyser... I don't feel like he deserved that much quartz for sure. I love the Diamond accents.

it is a bit gray. i don't know what a pleb is but i see no problem in using diamonds in builds though i don't understand why minecraft players are so christian they build idols to their god in a video game. All in all i think you two should come back to the mushroom kingdom to play.
