Simplicity Awards

Post by RevStoningpot »

An award ceremony (with prizes hopefully) to give various awards for player builds/achievements. players would have to submit their nomination admins would judge. we could do it up fancy with an alt world get some camera men going so we could make a video, hopefully get more than 3 people to show up for the ceremony. Or else just list the awards in the forum and let people claim heir prizes/bragging rights in their own time. I'm just putting this out there feel free to suggest your own categories biggest this, bestest that, etc.

It'd be fun to do, but I don't think you'd need admins to do it.

well i'm talking about judging builds. so having the admins (since they can look but not grief) as a panel of judges would be better than people just voting on pictures. but yes it could just be a series of forum polls. some thoughts: biggest ocean or sky or nether base, most colorful build, best statue/monument, longest rail (size specific stuff would need admin confirmation). and if you have player stats you could do stuff like most kills, longest distance traveled by boat, etc, whatever. If we're gonna do it creating a list of categories is what we'll need to do first.
