update ETA on 1.9?

Hey Yukar,

Apparently 1.9 fixes some of the perf issues my old & moldy computer has with the 1.8.x versions of Minecraft. Any tenative ETA yet on being able to move to 1.9? I'm a bit out of the loop and don't know anything about your current plugins, how long they usually lag official releases, etc.

Hi, I see that spigot has updated, but I'm not currently available to update/make sure stuff works. I'm expecting to update by the end of the day (less than 12 hours.)

We've now updated. The end surprisingly already takes up 1.5GB space, we'll see how quickly that grows though.

There were a couple of problems in a few plugins, but they seem to mostly be fixed. If anybody notices any other bugs, please report them in the Plugins section of this forum.

Sweet. And somewhere between 1.9 and Java 1.8 they DID fix crap!! Color me shocked but pleased -- I am now getting 60fps outside with water chunks loaded, where before I was getting <1.
