Banned?

Heya, I just found out about this server, and I wanted to join it after hearing that it was a small yet dedicated community since I tend to like the smaller servers. The issue I came across however is when joining for my first time it says I was banned for X-Ray. I have never joined the server before from what I remember and I have never used any hacked client or X-Ray pack before, and it severely confuses me. Could any moderator or admin tell me about this?

I can see you first joined this server on May 5th, 2015. I see you were banned on July 3rd, 2015. The notes listed on the ban say "typical xray dig. he/she dug stairs down toward the ores from a cave, some stairs dug were next to each other. - 27 digs"

Then I don't know, I used to share my Minecraft account with a friend of mine and he was quite knowledgeable about client modifications and did like griefing, I don't know if he ever used the account to get onto this server though.

Well somebody did log on this server with the TheShinyPikablu account and use x-ray, but obviously we have no way of knowing who was actually using the account.

Sorry for bumping this thread, didn't really know if I should create a new appeal thread or post here. I stumbled across this server and these forums again recently, and the banning policy has changed since last time I've been here, so I wanted to see if I could get to come on the server.

That's right, if you promise not to break the server rules, I'll unban you. Also give me a list of accounts that are banned, that makes it easier to unban.

The username for the only account that's been banned is Nisun, though it was called TheShinyPikablu before if that helps. I won't cheat, I've always wanted to play on this server myself, thanks for even considering an unban for this account.
