Rude game play

I know I have been gone for a while. Being deployed does that.
Just question while I ponder if I will be returning for good.
When did this server go from an A class to allowing such RUDE play? I mean PVP is PVP, but when does it cross the line?
If new players are to grow and stay here, being a total jerk and beating them down is not really a winning combination.
