Would the void be beneath as well or just the sides? With any void there runs the issue of there being waterfalls/drops/traps off into it, which could be a real pain

What exactly do you mean about that with the border?
I mean that we could have an invisible border like we had three maps ago, but since it'd be a superflat map it would be obvious where the PVP area ended because the PVP devastation would suddenly stop.

Basically I was just thinking delete all chunks beyond the border and build-protect it. So waterfalls into the void would be a danger near the border.

I don't think we've had a Jungle Biome PvP map yet... that could be fun, as for a boarder, i have no issue with the bedrock, it keeps me from glitching out on an invisible one.

Okay, so the two changes we've gotten are to increase the radius by 50, and to make it a superflat map instead. Okay suggestions, but without any support from other people, we won't do it.

I hear the proposals about how the map should look, I'll try and find a seed which incorporates as much as possible of those things.

Rev I think I support you on adding another 50 blocks to the radius. Other thoughts on that? It won't happen with just 2 supporters.

I'll give a full stack of diamond blocks to anyone who supports me.
