I was dying repeatedly because a zombie had gotten its hands on a sword and continuously killed me at my bed. I spawned facing away from the zombie and was not able to turn around fast enough to punch it away before it killed me again. When I was able to type it was because I spawned multiple times where the zombie had seemingly despawned before it showed up again moments later:killing me again before camping at my bed once-more. Hence me screaming "nevermind". I was also given some miniscule intervals of time to say small things such as: hi. Lastly to prove I was not doing this with the intent of flooding chat I did indeed log off to stop the flaming of chat after I realized the situation was hopeless and informed my teammates over Skype to kill the zombie.

The "nevermind" then your death only shows that you saw thw zombie before he killed you. So you basicly saw him walking towards you and you decided to type and let him kill you again. At that point you could have ran away but you decided to stay for "fun" I suppose. You had a lot of chances but you didn't take them, instead you decided to die once more for the fun of it and that led to chat flooding and spam.

He has been temp banned before for the same reason, so this time a perma ban would be fair.

My 2 cents: To my understanding, He was trapped in bed by a zombie and spawned facing away from it so it killed him before he could punch it.

He managed to type messages slowly to us and apparently he did get away from it a few times, still stuck in his house with it for some reason.
It was irritating, he should design his houses a little better but he might not have done it intentionally, he seemed pretty upset when it happened.

Just give him a warning, don't ban. My spidy-senses tell me it was an accident.

Zombies can't wander away from you if you punch them. They wander towards you, and when you punch them, it pushes them back faster than they can walk. There is no way that if he had time to type, he did not have time to kill the zombie first.

Oh ok, I didn't really understand how he got away, I'm just making assumptions. Now I know though.

He told me he didn't do it on purpose and I believe him. It's up to the staff to confirm this or say otherwise. Some of you on here weren't on the server at the time this happened, why you picking on him?

1) You're assuming things on a ban appeal. Don't assume things and only say what you know is factual evidence.
2) Why would you have any reason to believe that he's innocent right off the bat, and how would you be able to judge so if you've been gone off the server for an extended period of time, thereby being unable to establish relationships with this player?
3) We're basing our arguments on the facts that have been presented, as previously mentioned. Just because I didn't witness a murder doesn't mean that I can't dispute the evidence that has been presented in court.

I can't call what I see in the chat factual evidence, so assumptions are made. All of you assumed he was doing it to bother us, but he wasn't. Deflow has confirmed this so quit being a short sighted fool.
