the web site still offers a privet appeal section. He most likely did it there.

But anyway, since you asked, you were jailed for breaking rule #2. You were banned because jail = ban here, jailing is more entertaining, but every once in a while everybody jailed is moved to the banlist.

he was jailed because he broke rule #2. and then banned because all thats jailed are moved to the ban list after a while
