This is probably true, and thanks for apologizing - don't see that much anymore :/
Anyways, I am rather neutral here, in the debates I will certainly play devil's advocate and bring up arguments against things, but the vote, I'm still unsure myself.

Then vote for freedom! The lack of a limit does nothing to take away the freedom of those within 5K. But the limit does take away freedom from every one. Those that don't exercise that freedom just don't care about harming those that do.

Remember, people outside the 5K limit just have to sit there and twiddle thier thumbs: they're not allowed PVP unless they move thier entire base over.

Because then they can't go back. They would have to carry all of their stuff over, or leave it all out of reach.
