I'm going to point out that deflow has given good evidence, it should have no impact that simply because you know him and like him, he should go free/be given a second chance. This is probably why the people morlock mentioned got off with a temp ban or a warning.

Conversely shouldn't be treated *differently* than the players I listed, suddenly changing an already-established precedent just because he's disrespectful or an unpopular player.

Does powered redstone not only give a signal through SOLID blocks?
Can you breath through SOLID blocks?
A glass block is not a ''solid barrier'' -> Not even a a whole wall of em.

its solid as in u not supposed to get throw as in u needed to glitch to get throw as in against the rules...
