I think we've presented all aspects of the argument possible. We need a desicion made here or an official poll.

Question now is: What would such a poll include?

Suggestion
You may select two options.
1) Keep the boundary, change nothing.
2) Keep the boundary, but add a form of teleportation.
3) Remove the boundary, change nothing else.
4) Remove the boundary, add a form of teleportation.
5) Remove the boundary, add more events to stimulate PvP.
That's all I can think of at the moment. Two options so you can select, for example, options 4 and 5 to do both.

Then there's the multiverse, and one way or two way portals, and so on.

So perhaps it should be split into Polls and Sub Polls. Such as this:
1) Keep the boundary, nothing else happens.
2) Keep the boundary, try other solutions.
3) Remove the boundary, nothing else happens.
4) Remove the boundary, try other solutions.
After this poll, depending on majority vote, we move to another poll that specifies what to do after that, to avoid spreading votes too thin over one poll.

Where would having two worlds fall there? Keeping boundary or no?

Well, if the world is to be without a boundary, put it under 4. If not, under 2.

The world... You say that as though there is one... I'm talking one without, one with.

Add an option for it, however it would still fall under a "Try other solutions" options.
