Well, we've already decided to never give (real) rewards for voting, but I do agree it could be worthwhile to give some sort of symbolic reward for voting instead of a material one.

We are on every server list I know of, if we're missing one you should feel free to add the server yourself and just put a link on the wiki.

One other thing might be to treat the player as super lazy. When someone types in /vote instead of linking to the server lists web page, list the links in-game so players can copy paste them into their browser. If material rewards are against the spirit of the server, maybe a fireworks display following voting or a song?
