Well so far according to this poll it would seem people would ather have a prison world than a small pvp world.

I really do not see the point in having a prison world whatsoever. Sure, it would be fun to mess with a hacker and such but what makes you think they're going to stay for any length of time seeing as they'll be able to do little to nothing.

YEah, it'd be wasting precious server resources, that we may as well use for a vanilla anarchy server.

End already exists. If we're doing a multiverse, I'd suggest removing the world boundary on the main world. Then making the multiverse a small pvp world that gets reset every update and has events hosted on it.
