i still say it's too small is all. It's like when i play a FPS i like big maps. It's not so i can hide and play by myself it's so i have some wiggle room, a chance to duck away and assess the situation. There is no chance to use tactics in such a small space no chance build traps when every one can see you. If it's going to be so small there would be no need for a list of who's there since you could search the whole surface area in 10 minutes. At such a size this could end up being a single biome thus negating the point of reset on updates, as a way to find new map features with out a 10K trip.

It might be too small, but I suggest that we try it first, and when we decide we need it bigger, let's make it bigger.

Or, we could have it be a built place. Like, have people build structures and hidey holes, or whatever, so that you can use some fancy tictacs and all.

Traps just make it easier to snare people in a 100 length. While you can see the entire map if positioned correctly, the amount of time people will be doing this I think will be quite limited. Perhaps make it 300x300 then? I seriously doubt that there'll be enough people to populate the entire map at all times. I can't imagine there being that big a probability of something attacking you while you're building a trap.
Reset will happen as we upgrade to 1.5 at the earliest. I have quite a bit of coding to do, and the changes can't happen until I'm finished with that, so it might not happen until a little after 1.5. We'll see.
