Then if you don't want to be found don't use the nether roof. I've gotten found several times via Nether portal on the roof. And that was my own fault. I think you're seeing that as a part of the game which a player can't control...

I would Vote for it to be banned. It is a Glitch. The SimplicityPvP rules state "Hacking, flying, spamming, glitching, x-ray, or anything that confers an unfair advantage,
is strictly forbidden."
