Yeah, in his post he clearly admits to X-ray and the person that got unbanned after using X-ray is obviously bullshitting. Doesn't matter how nice you are, no second chances, if you knew this already, don't make an appeal, he was no doubt being fucked with when he was told he'd be unbanned in 2-3 months.
