/ignore is bugged

I don't even know where to begin. It looks like it makes it so only the person ignoring someone can see what the person is typing. It changes someone's name to 2<name>, Like my name would change to 2MisterStrawman. It also seems to make people post twice. There were some other problems with it too. Anyway, needs to be fixed, badly.

Okay, disabled for now as I probably won't have time to properly look at it until tomorrow.

Should be fixed now. Only tested with 2 people, but I can't think of anything that should change with 3+ people.
