I obviously didnt know how server update works, now i feel like im just spamming. I shouldn't have updated my minecraft.jar just yet :/ How long does it take for a new plugin to be released/approved?

depends on a lot of things, but bukkit it either really good at it (within the week) or not so good (2 weeks)

This is an ''items'' update, so bukkit will take ages, considering more of their major devs have been snatched by mojang.
