The Lag (Please read the post in it's entirety)

The Issue of lag

I made a post about lag several months back, about 3 or more I'd say. I got responses like "Just wait for the lag to go away" and such. I decided "Hey maybe they are right, I'll wait a few months." But it hasn't stopped unfortunately.

I'd really like to know why this is. Is the server needing to be upgraded? Is it because I live in the west coast US? Is it my internet connection? Do we need some donations?

I know this isn't just me. I've heard a lot of other people complaining. Please help me understand or fix it, thanks.

Edit: Also, note that occasionally (very rarely) the server is not too bad.

I think it's just asshats who leave their computer on grinding mobs which causes tons of lag. I know box once crashed the server by doing this. I think hugobros was writing up some sort of autokick program? Let's wait until that's finished and see how things play out.

I don't know when I'll be ready since right now I'm extremely busy with my server ( look at my topic :/ )

Ah alright, because I was playing last night and there was literally no lag. Maybe no one was grinding?
