Accidently banned?

On 12/1/13 I believe I was wrongfully banned.
The server was going through lag spikes probably from people
loading so many chunks because 1.7 had just come out. I logged in and
started running but everything was very slow. I was then kicked off the server
presumably because of a crash. Then, after a few more crashes, I attempt to log in only to find myself banned.
Perhaps I was banned in the midst of the confusion either by a moderator (deflowvesper and yukarion were on at the time) or a plugin,
but I have never hacked and I dont understand why I was banned. The ban reason is the default, "Banned by Operator"

This is a mistake. I was with him when he was banned, and he and I were simply walking to the new chunks. If, in fact, this was a plugin, you might want to disable it, and if it was a mod, be more careful!

Any idea on when it will be fixed? Is the Bukkit crew aware of this? Couldn't you do a quick /tp coords?
