Game of the Year: 2013
Now that websites such as IGN and Gamestop are finally revealing their "Games of the Year" I would like to know what your games of the year 2013 were. My game of the year was The Last of Us.

None of them. Every single game released in 2013 was mediocre, un-noteworthy, or a steaming pile of disapointment-al-la sequels. It might also help if you explain why you think what you think instead of just saying "i like this vido game tell me if you like vido game too".Elocphant wrote:Now that websites such as IGN and Gamestop are finally revealing their "Games of the Year" I would like to know what your games of the year 2013 were. Try harder when you come up with a thread.

I honestly would have to say Call of Duty: Ghosts deserves GOTY 2013. Those dog models are crisp quality, and the story of a collective of South American countries invading the United States is a very realistic scenario, all in all I don't usually give out 12/10's but Ghosts really deserved it.

That's not true at all, Call of Duty has always been at the front of innovation in games, Call of Duty: Ghosts is simply a masterpiece from them, it deserves game of the year.miniwimi wrote:Every CoD Game ever is just like then ones before.TLRedemption wrote:I honestly would have to say Call of Duty: Ghosts deserves GOTY 2013. New dog models, new fish ai, female characters, slightly altered multiplayer, what more could you want? Stop being so entitled. If it's so bad, loads of people wouldn't be buying it.miniwimi wrote:"Oh, is that a new CoD game I hear that's coming out? We better go get it, because it's not like the other CoD game I got 6 months ago." Seriously, what's new in the series? Just like 15% of the new game is changed and nothing else.

I actually enjoyed the campaign of Call of Duty: Ghosts more then i expected. The storyline about the tale of two sons and a father was more relateable and was more than just an explanation of why you were going into these combat situations and blowing up this building. The set-pieces (which have been just annoyances in other CoD games and mediocre compared to the Uncharted franchise) were actually quite explosive and cool other than just a flipping car or riding in a tank turret section.
