/ignore doesn't work for /me
This player __Starlight__ must have been muted for spamming, so he did /me, and it bypasses /ignore and /mute apparently. Please fix.

It doesn't bypass /mute, which is an admin command.
It does bypass /ignore, that's because having /ignore also catch commands would require some Java trickery I'm not really sure how to do, and it's never really been much needed.
