1.9 wings/ Enderdragon

Hey, I was wondering what if any plans were being considered for the additions that come with 1.9.

From what I've seen the enderdragon when killed spawns a portal that leads to an 'enderwoods' where one searches for an ender-city-dungeon and boat, upon discovery of same a player can obtain a pair of glider wings.

Is the chance to obtain these wings going to be a one time deal or are you considering having the dragon and enderwoods reset on a regular basis so that eventually all players might get a chance to obtain glider wings? Or are you just going to forgo the whole thing entirely?

We'll figure something out so that every item that has a real usage will be available to everybody. It most likely won't be available immediately upon the release of 1.9, but we'll figure something out when the exact details of how obtaining it will work in 1.9 are no longer subject to change.
