The Advantages of Capes in PVP

I propose to ban optifine capes. they provide an advantage in pvp here is a scenario. if you are invis with gear similar to people and splash them with invis to confuse them if they have an optifine cape then they can see who is who with an elytra. all the admins have to enforce is for everyone to turn off their cape since everyone can turn it off for themselves so if everyone with a cape turns it off then there will be no problem,
