I am uploading this appeal on the behalf of an old friend of mine, LegionXVI as he couldn't make a forum account

My username is LegionXVI.
I'm here to appeal my jail of x-raying ores on early 2021.
I knew what I did was wrong and I'm here too appeal it one year later.
I believe I've served my punishment correctly and accordingly.
I want to play SimPVP legitimately again.
I'm sorry for any damage I might've caused to the community or to the economy.
