Remove anti xray mod

It makes emploring new chunks near impossible to the point that it makes every one on lag or even crash out. I know this is the reson why cuz i explored quite a lot before it was on but the day it was put on the game went to shit. I have nothing against stopping xray but this anti xray is corrupt and if you can't get a better one than i'd rather risk xray. By the way it seems the whole server crashed from this this time.
