Doubt it's an error (I used to have some ridiculous alexa rankings on an old personal site of mine) - but rather an artefact of the way alexa works. The thing is, they don't have access to server logs obviously, so their only metric is the frequency of visits from people using the Alexa toolbar or other products which report back to them. The number of people using these products has drastically reduced in recent years, and as such the "rankings" outside of the top few thousand websites may not be completely accurate, especially for non-english speaking countries. One or two moderately active users in Reykjavik may be the root of this.

Not to say that this isn't awesome though! Hooray for us, next stop is #109 in USA.
