As far as limits go, I will kill ANYONE within the 5k boundary. Depending on the person and how often they are on, the price may vary. Also, killing and raiding are separate things. I kill for money - basically whatever you can afford to pay. If you know where their base is and want someone to raid it for you, go elsewhere, as this is not my business. Here's hoping I get a bit of business, and a bit of luck on top of that.
