Also, the base is at 13 and I wasn't in my base at the time, so theres no possible way for him to see nametag. I don't mine out of my space, meaning have no mining tunnels at all, so theres no way he found me that way. I haven't even made a nether portal anywere at all.

Yeah, I can testify that without coords, there's only the slightest chance, and that's if you're mining at a low level VERY close by. We have no nether portal, as was said, and without xray, it'd be beyond a bit unlikely. I haven't been on since though, so I'm yet to see the damage done.

Thankfully, I caught him him going through our chests before he had begun any destroying anything. I snuck up on him and begun attacking him. He had full diamond armor and i was missing a helmet, but I still had diamond armor, and he logged. I started digging a trap, and we fought he logged again. This happened a few more times, and then I killed him. Only 10 seconds later he logged off, so he probably rage quitted. No items need to be compensated for, in fact we gained a few items haha. However, I would like to see him banned immediatley.

I beleive you bro... I've seen your base and it is very deep underground... Once I get unjailed I'll take a look into it but for now make a few /modreqs at the exact locations and name them xrayer tunnel #1 , 2 by imakewafflez, ect.
