Update to 1.2

I'm just about to start the conversion of the map to 1.2 and do all the updates. I'm going to move the temporary 1.2 server over to just plain simpvp.net

I'm not sure exactly how long this will take, but I expect it to take at least a couple hours, and when it's done the main server will be 1.2
