Because if you count how many times he was warned, this wasn't his second chance. it was like his 10th chance. Lone didn't know leaving the limit was bannable. It wasn't set up. FO however was told he'd be jailed. They aren't comparable.

I went over the limit because World said it was impossible to do so. I was issued a challange. I accepted said challange. I completed said challange and had no ender pearls left to get back over. So I decided to continue onwards.
