There are several cases where people were banned when their client or computer crashed.
If you where banned automatically (I don't know the processes there) Yukar will check it.
If you where banned by someone, he will surely tell you why.
You will have to wait until then. If you are unguilty, you'll be unbanned soon.
PS: I think, you dont get banned for spamming, just muted... Or did this change?
